Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Champ) and Wilderness Dealz LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"), which provides Champ at app.smbizchamp.com, Champ storefronts (champstore.app) and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts for your business.
- Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
- The account owner controls the business's data and who has access.
2. Your data
- You own your business data (products, sales, customers, financial records and content). We only use it to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for having the right to store the data you put in Champ, including your customers' information, and for following the laws that apply to your business (including sales tax and privacy laws).
- You can export your data at any time while your account is open.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, deceive or defraud anyone, send spam, upload malware, access other businesses' data, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or resell it without our written permission. We may suspend storefronts or accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
4. Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Trials, plan changes, downgrades and cancellations work as described in Billing & cancellation. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Connected services
Champ connects to services you choose (for example Stripe, Square, Clover, Google and eBay). Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Champ reads your sales from payment services. If you turn on storefront checkout or online invoice payments, Champ creates secure Stripe checkout pages on your own Stripe account. Payments go directly to you; Champ never holds your money. Payment processing fees are between you and your processor.
6. AI features
AI-written product descriptions and the AI assistant can make mistakes. Review AI output before you publish it; you're responsible for what you publish.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Champ available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, change or retire features. If we remove something material from your paid plan, we'll tell you in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Champ's reports and accounting tools help you run your business; they aren't tax, legal or accounting advice.
Champ is designed to grow with your business, but we make no promise or guarantee that using it will grow your business, increase your sales or make your business profitable. Your results depend on your business and the decisions you make.
9. Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay. After cancellation your data is kept as described in Billing & cancellation, then deleted.
10. General
North Carolina law governs these terms. If we update them, we'll post the new version here and email account owners about material changes. Questions: contact support.
